Started with another broker who was too high maintenance and was difficult to manage as a remote seller. They didn't understand my needs. Switched to Frank and he provided exactly what I needed, understood my objectives, and went the extra mile as I went through the process of selling from out of state. He took initiative to handle minor issues that I couldn't resolve remotely. Just a great realtor!

Sherry is our agent but when the listing agent became an issue and refused to communicate with her, Duane jumped in to help sherry without hesitation, he was great!

I selected my broker Nora Mazonson due to having dealt with her in the past. Nora is the type of real estate agent you can trust and rely on. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. When I return from my overseas work I will definitely contact Nora for my next home purchase.
