I spent considerable time researching the broker, then the agent. More than a year previous to our choosing Preferred Properties and Jo, we had a poor experience with another large local firm, so this time I spent more time looking for a good match for us. We needed to rely on Jo's local knowledge to make sure we understood the market. She did a very good good educating us about the Asheville market. She also knew every neighborhood and every house.
