Kyle was available to show us several different houses that were in our price range. We worked with Kyle and Stephanie Steppe on submitting offers on 2 houses. Although we were outbid on the first one, Kyle worked with us on putting an offer on the 2nd that was accepted. Kyle kept us informed of the steps and progress of the sale.

Frank Binnendyk went above and beyod in helping us prepare our home for sale. He made great recommendations of contractors and personally helped with other items.
