I thought Dan was kind, thoughtful, and sensitive to my situation. He is funny, creative, hard-working, and innovative. He did an amazing interview with me for a substantial amount of time, and it was amazing. Dan works well with all people and had amazing suggestions of stagers, photographers, contractors, etc.

Kyle and Stephanie worked (almost literally) around the clock to ensure we found the right home to meet both our wants and needs. They made themselves available to us day and night, with very rapid response times. Each question or concern we had was met with careful consideration and honest responses. Despite being discouraged at times due to a number of factors (including being outbid several times and not finding homes that piqued our interest after dozens of home tours), Kyle and Stephanie remained optimistic and dedicated to the process. With Kyle and Stephanie, you can rest assured that your realtors will bring you professionalism, effort, and knowledge, without sacrificing a friendly and familiar touch. Purchasing a home, especially your first, can be a very trying and exhausting process - and having people like the Steppe's by your side makes the process as positive and fruitful as one could hope.

Brad Harper reached out to us as part of our credit unions kickback program when using an agent provided by them. From the beginning, Brad Harper was very responsive and proved to be very patient when constantly asked questions by us during the home buying process. Brad Harper also did not try to force us into anything and allowed us to only make decisions we were comfortable with. Taylor was very helpful, fun to work with and made the whole experience stress free. She held our hands through each step of the process and has been like a good friend instead of an agent. From talking through each paperwork and appointment, to grabbing coffee and chatting about how we are feeling at each stage, we trusted her 100%. Right from the start Taylor has been warm and friendly but always professional with strong attention to detail. We didn't feel like we had an agent but rather a really good friend. There was no pressure to take any steps and she listened so well to what we needed, making reference to this each time we interacted, and meeting in informal and relaxed settings. The experience was fun, with lots of laughs and anecdotes. I was nervous to even select a realtor and then to purchase, but Taylor made it easy and was always available to text and call. She helped us find whichever professionals were needed to fix things and give estimates. I would recommend her to anyone, especially my family and close friends. We love working with Taylor!
