Connie was extremely helpful through the entire process. We had a relatively prolonged house that involved selling a home in another state and Connie did a fantastic job checking in throughout the entire process. She also set realistic expectations about the housing market and what a contending offer looks like. Without her knowledge and expertise I do not know if we would have got the home we are in. Also she was easy to work with and it did not feel like just a transaction but truly someone out for our best internet. Connie even showed up to our signing to make sure we felt supported and had the appropriate information needed to feel comfortable. Sherry has done an excellent job for me over and over again what more could you ask for I feel very lucky to have met her she has made me feel a lot more comfortable buying and selling. When we first me I had previously bought a lot and had it on the market for 2 years and did not sell it. She told me If I listed it with her she would sell it in two weeks. I laughed and thought well I have nothing to loose. Two weeks later we had an offer for more than I had asked for it before.

Kim was accessible, patient and steadfast in showing me properties over the last 3 years. Starting with Whidbye Island, and then the 7 Lakes area, 3 Lakes, Roesiger, and more, until I found the beautiful lake front home and 1.5 acre property on Lake Shoecraft in Stanwood, WA. I called Sherry last year to get the current listings out at cascade river park and she was very helpful and knowledgeable.
