If you have an award for the best all around agent, it should go to Duane. He fought for me with the title company and stayed in contact with me through the whole process keeping me informed. The title company was very unprofessional and I hope you don't use them anymore. The title company was dragging their feet and making excuses for not doing their job in a timely fashion. But Duane was there to push the process through and keep them on their toes. I can't speak highly enough of the man he is and the job Duane did for us. He was AMAZING!!!!

I wish Duane could have been my agent in Chattanooga Tennessee. I ended up firing the first agent because I couldn't get her on the phone. The second agent was only interested in his commission. Duane made me feel confident the whole time the transaction was in process. Every time I reached out to him, he was there. Not like other agents I have worked with. First he is an exceptional man, and that makes him an exceptional real estate agent.

This is 3rd home I've purchased over the years and by far the best experience. Tracy is an absolute professional and extremely knowledgeable.
