For comparison, I’d bought a house back in 2016 (sold in 2018) and it was one of the most difficult transactions ever. It was a HUD home so that was part of it but the realtor, the broker, everyone I seemed to deal with was either hard to get ahold of, or elusive in their answers to different questions. I had 3 different closing dates and had to sign paperwork twice. Needless to say, I won’t be using them anymore.
This was not the case here. This team is nothing like anything I've ever experienced. They are a well oiled machine and every cog runs smoothly.
From the start Brad Harper, Peter Lopez, and Nicol Wolkowicz have been wonderful. They all answered every question we had quickly and completely without complaint (sorry Peter and Brad for the late night phone calls). I spent a lot of time talking with Nicol during this process, and Nicol, you are the sweetest most amazing person! Thank you for everything. You deserve all the best in the world. Veronica and Luis I know we didn’t converse much but I know you both had a lot of work pushing paperwork and making sure everything was complete. You all made us feel like family, and especially right now with Aiden still being in the NICU, this means the world to us.
Everyone was on top of their game, and I didn’t feel the need to check in every day like I did the first time I went through this. I will recommend this team to anyone.

Going into this process of selling brought on extreme anxiety. We were somewhat overwhelmed with relocating and selling our property while out of state. Our rep helped immensely with easing some of those anxieties. During our last mile in the selling process Frank really stepped up and went the extra mile in providing assistance with buyers repair request. Amanda is a great representation of Century 21. When it comes to moving in the military the best thing a realtor can offer is comfort, and knowing the realtor is on your side, and not looking for a Pay check. Amanda gave us comfort in knowing she was finding a place that would meet our needs, even as those needs changed during our moving process from Japan. We were able to focus on enrolling the kids in school, packing up for an international move, and trying to figure out our lives and how retirement would effect us financially. Amanda handled our VA loan with ease, and allowed is to focus on having some family time before our active duty service member left the state. There is nothing I could say that would do Amanda justice in all of her efforts. I know any other military families would be lucky to have her in their corner.

The park that my property was in needed to sell of some vacant lots,and she was hired to sell them off.
She not only sold all the lots but was doing quite well at selling cabins also ! Because she lived in the area ,I knew she was the right one to sell mine.
Not only did she sell it ,now I have a new close friend !!!
She was very helpful to me for filling out documents and working on the internet to get my property sold . I could not of done this without her help.
I have and know many realtors that I worked with in the past and did not trust the with my vacation property. when I met Sherry for the first time, I knew she was the one to sell it ! She is trustworthy and honest and that’s why I would recommend her to all my friends and family!
Sherry works hard at meeting clients and buyers ,sometimes late at night or early in the morning.
She is always running up and down the mountain meeting people and showing property.
My only regret is now that my property is sold , I may not get to see my new friend ?
