I am a Frank fan girl. I have worked with him on many personal transactions. The thing about Frank, that sets him apart from other Brokers is that he shows up everytime. He meets the contractors, he makes extra keys, picked me up from the airport, puts in hours of online research and marketing. Answers the phone, always cheerful, and always says "yes, how can I be of service". If you decide to work with Frank, you will have less on your shoulders during the whole transaction. My wife and I used Frank as our sellers agent where he did a fabulous job. Once we had a great offer that was well on its path to closing, we began to look at properties to purchase as we were downsizing. Frank was truly amazing as we looked at properties that were well over an hour and a half away from our previous home given our new needs and desires, which were very different than the home we were selling. Frank also helped us with some interesting easement questions that came up as the seller's recommend title company fumbled in a number of areas, including recommending a great real estate lawyer who was able to properly educate the title company personnel in a matter of a few hours of homework. With this Gordian Knott finally cut it through to our satisfaction it was smooth sailing from there thanks to Frank's level head, patience, and sound counsel. This purchase gave us the opportunity to see Frank shine as a Buyer's agent in addition to our previous Seller's agent experience.
