Brad Harper

Brad handled the closing terms with the owner that resulted in their having the time needed to arrange their move out of the house. He handled some scheduling problems involving the owner's realtor that were successfully resolved. He worked well with our local family members who acted in our interest with inspection and other matters. We think that Brad did an exceptionally good job in handling our purchase of this home under less than optimum circumstances (our being in a distant location). We think we can recommend Brad to any potential client needing the realtor services he provides. We found his work excellent in all respects.

Jim Conlan

Jim helped me buy the house in 2013, then helped me sell it in 2016. He is excellent. Jim sold my house in 5 days for 3k over the asking price, 60k more than I paid for it 2.5 years prior. Jim is the greatest! According to his sales record he usually works with higher priced homes (350k-1mil) however both times I worked with Jim he put a lot of time and effort into helping me even though I am beneath his typical price range. He gave excellent advice and if it weren't for Jim, I couldn't have had such a great outcome. Jim is wonderful! I am really happy with my experience working with him two times. I hope you guys know what a great agent you have working for you! I would recommend Jim to anyone.
