Rob is great to work with! He helped me buy my condo as well as sell it when I decided to make a cross country move. He was great with marketing and helping doing showings almost every weekend to get this sold. It was a tough market for condos in the area and the time and effort from to get this sold was appreciated! Would recommend him to anyone!

Rob was great to work with in a tough seller environment. He communicated well and followed up with all possible buyers. He offered and held several open houses. He negotiated well with the buyer's agent and we were satisfied with the actual sales price.

Rob was referred to me out of a branch where I was familiar with a different agent, so at first I was hesitant. But, upon meeting Rob, he immediately gained my trust. Explained things well, calmed my nervous energy, was approachable and accessible when I needed him to be and, most importantly, got me into the house that I wanted. Would I use Rob as my agent again? Yes, I am, in fact, using Rob again to help me sell my dad's house.

Rob Bennett went above and beyond searching for the right house for us. We started working with Rob when covid hit and it was a challenging time as buyers within the market. Rob was there virtually for 2 years and then finally side by side with us to purchase a home in 23'. I would recommend Rob to anyone looking for an Agent in the Seattle and surrounding areas! Amazing guy, Thanks again Rob!
