Jodi is efficient and experienced in all aspects for the sale or purchase of your home.
She makes herself available and truly works FOR her clients. In any career associated with a commission of any type, you likely find yourself meeting someone who works for themselves while making their client the source of that commission. Jodi is opposite. She works to make sure her clients walk away with all they deserve and hoped for. She is selfless, extremely positive but realistic even in the most stressful times. Her integrity surpasses anything average and she is an absolute pleasure to know. Jodi is the best! No other way to put it.

Our home sold after showing it twice. The process was so much faster than anticipated. The buyers broker was NOT ideal but Terrie helped us through this difficult time.
I don’t believe anyone knows the Snohomish area better than Terrie does. She doesn’t wait for texts or emails, she picks up the phone and finds out the answer before you even ask. You can’t go wrong with such a caring person.

We are first-time buyers and we’ve been in the market for a long time. But exactly when were disappointed and helpless in a market with a lot of buyers and historic low inventory, we were lucky to know Jacob through one of our friends.

He knows the neighborhoods and their backgrounds and gives the best advice based on your lifestyle. He cares about his customers, and considers your immediate and long-term needs when he wants to help you in your decision making process. He is very good in estimating the value of properties and knows how to write competitive offers. But he doesn’t stop there, and keeps communicating with the agents after he submit the offer.
