Christina O'Keefe

We liked Christina because she was willing to show us homes whenever we asked. She made herself available and was sensitive to helping us meet the sellers offer review timelines. Christina was professional but also friendly. When I asked Christina for recommendations for a mortgage lender and a property manager, Christina provided excellent choices that worked with us to get the purchase done and great progress in getting our current home under lease. Christina also was not discouraged after we submitted offers on two other properties and did not win the bid. She hung in there with us and got our offer accepted on a home we are very happy with. If Christina didn't know the answer she would get it promptly. Also, when we made our offer, Christina understood the competition and moved quickly before the competition could move in and escalate the price.

Pae Wen was a pleasure to work with. She was always professional and guided us through the process every step of the way. We had multiple family members involved on the purchase so I personally think it can be super stressful. Plus having to deal with time zone differences; it can be a challenge to coordinate meetings, etc. Pae Wen met the challenge! She was super patient with us, even though it may mean that she had to explain the same thing to different family members multiple times. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Her knowledge of the market and years of experience was a huge help in our purchase and navigating through this competitive market! I've known Nancy Olmos for more than ten years now. I met her when I was in the process of purchasing my first Condo. It was my first home and I was dealing with a whole lot of unknowns. I was struggling with decision to buy a property and did not understand my purchasing capacity.
