Justin did a fabulous job helping us buy this home sight unseen. He made sure we were represented well. Especially since the sellers refused to hire an agent.
Justin was patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. Friendly, helpful and relaxed. Did not feel pressured at all.

Christina went above and beyond. She answered every single question we had. She was honest about the process and helped us understand what to expect when selling our house. Traci went above and beyond the call to sell our home. There were so many unexpected obstacles in regards to the market shifting, availability of contracting and just in general with our home. This is my 2nd experience with Connie Moulaison. First time when we moved to Stanwood, and the second time when we moved away. She is a very hard worker, and went out of her way to find and show us homes that met our criteria. She is very good about getting back to you in a timely manner. Communication is key in this line of work, and she did a great job relaying information, no matter how big or small. She does her homework and knows most of the answers before you even ask. If she doesn't have the answer, she works hard to get it. Connie is very kind and respectful. I appreciated how she always worked around our schedule. It is very clear that she is working for you. I recommended Connie to my daughter, and she helped her to sell her home as well. If you want a devoted, friendly, and committed agent, Connie Moulaison will definitely do a good job for you.
