My lease would be up in a month and a half and interest rates were about to increase. I needed to buy a house ASAP, but it had to be a house I really loved -- somewhere I could happily live for several years.
Kyle was recommended to me by someone who had had excellent results. He told me how tirelessly Kyle worked to find him a place to live during a time when housing in his price range was scarce. Kyle found him a place that exceeded his expectations. To begin my search, I emailed Kyle and explained my situation and hoped he would deliver as he had before.
Before we began to visit homes, Stephanie Steppe sent me postings of several homes in my price range and in my desired location. I would comment on each house she sent so they knew what style and size I wanted. I appreciated the preview so there weren't any surprises when we went to the homes. We went out house-hunting and actually found the perfect house at the end of the first day. Wow!
Long story short, I moved into the house a week before my lease was up. I couldn't be happier and feel very thankful.

Ms. Armie Iglesias has been very instrumental in getting our Dream home. We never thought that buying a house entail so much stress and pressure in terms of paperwork's and legal issues, but Ms. Armie guided and explained in detail in a way we would understand and comprehend. When we did buy the house, the kiddos were all excited and even the whole family were all feeling joyful and thankful that finally we have a place for family gathering. This house meant so much to us and Ms. Armie was touched by this after seeing the kids and the family being happy in this house. Ms. Armie has a big heart to simple and happy family like us. I had never sold a home before and can't say I really enjoyed the experience!
But Eva was very calm and cool and talked me off all the (metaphorical) ledges I may have been on top of. She helped us through all the ups and downs of the real-estate market and in the end I think everyone was happy with the results.
I would recommend Eva if you are looking for someone with years of experience and knowledge of our local areas.

I chose Tracy Thomas to be my agent because of her area-specific experience and extensive sales record. The house itself was previously a rental and needed a lot of work and was already a difficult sell given the age, location, layout, and other factors. I live in another state and had to rely on her to assist with contractors to get quotes and ensure repairs, to prepare the property for sale, list the property, negotiate contract terms, and assist with the closing. I also wanted the house listed with all of the major real estate websites which Tracy had already planned without my needing to ask. Most of all, I needed the house to sell quickly.
Tracy was helpful from the start until the finish and was very confident that she could sell this property in a timely fashion. The house was repaired thanks to her recommendations/referrals and then prepared for sale in a short time and was not on the market long before going under contract.
