Duane Gish is a fantastic Realtor and an overall fantastic person. He was easy to reach in there with me every step of the way in My Home by purchase when issues came up personally came over and helped even to the point my furnace was giving me problems so he cut firewood in my yard. Very personable and overall very satisfying customer service. If I plan to purchase another home in the area, I know I will contact him again.

From the onset, our agent voiced understanding of the emotional connection our entire family had with this estate property. He sensitively provided concrete suggestions for readying the home to put on the market which was very helpful as we prioritized our efforts. His communication was consistently professional, personable, prompt, candid, and patient as we had a variety of questions throughout the process. Several times Rich was onsite to help coordinate local services needed to ready the property. An offer was received on this property within three days after being put on the market. It was a very satisfying process.

Rich always went the extra mile. He got personally involved in preparation of the house. He offered good sound advice on where we should concentrate our money and efforts in making the house ready to sell. Both sellers live out of state (different states, too) and we trusted him to make decisions as needed, but always keep us informed. We liked working with him!
As Executor for my late niece's estate, the process of preparing her home for sale was acomplex, emotionally heavy, time-consuming, difficult effort. Rich got us through it in a supportive, friendly, understanding, and professional manner.
