Kyle and Stephanie were extremely accomodating when it came to having a flexible schedule for viewing houses. Paula Bafaro is simply the best agent to show property on Hat Island, due to having a pilot's liscense for boating people over. This allows easier access for buyer's, inspectors and contracters. Her other great strength is the friendly, knowledgeable advice she offers, without putting pressure on any of the involved parties.

David was amazing through the process from day one till closing. When we first met him told him exactly what we were wanting to do and he hit every goal and went beyond. I would reccomend him to anyone that needs to sell or buy a house in that area. We had another realtor come out before getting refered to him and they sugeested listing for 50k less and wanted us to remodel the house first and didnt considered the land just the house, while david looked at the property as a whole and got us where we were wanting without spending more then needed.
