With this being the first home my wife and I purchased and moving to a new area having Amanda as our realtor was a huge benefit. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market in the area we wanted to move to and was very willing to answer the extensive list of questions that we had about our home buying process. She gave us tips on things to look for and helped us figure out exactly what our needs and wants were and helped us find the perfect house for our situation. I will be working with Amanda again in the future when it is time to move out of our starter house and into our next house.

We tried other realtors who weren't able to find prospective buyers but Devin had people wanting to look at the place from the opening day. Almost had a bidding war on the table. But we think we couldn't have found a better realtor. His contractors were invaluable when getting us up to the lenders requirement.
