Erica Ashby was upbeat and positive, she listened to me and didn't try to steer me in a different direction. When things briefly looked as if my deal wouldn't go through, as there were more problems with the property than we realized, she provided me with possible options and and ways to proceed. She negotiated a deal that was more than I would have believed possible, and my closing happened on time without delay and with all necessary repairs done!
