Erica was phenomenal. She walked us through every step of the way, was available to discuss and visit properties whenever they became available, and was extremely knowledgeable on common pitfalls and things to avoid for first time buyers. I will be recommending her to friends in the area looking for houses, as she went out of her way so many times to make the home buying experience a positive experience for us.

Erica was incredible in the whole process. Patient and kind throughout yet affirmative on quality. Will refer her services to anyone buying a house

Erica is a rockstar and worked diligently to get us the property we were looking for. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent!

Erica was a knowledgeable and attentive partner through the homebuying process. She knows the market well and drew on her experience to help find a great home. I would gladly purchase another home with Erica.
