Robert was technically our *second* agent through Century 21, after some mismatches with the first. He quickly picked up on the differences in comms that we needed from the first agent, and was clear on every detail we asked after. He went out of his way to make scoping out the prospective houses simple, at least as much as they could be from halfway across the country anyway. Robert also somehow managed to be nearly-immediately available regardless of what time-of-day we texted him at.
In short, he's pretty good.

Jason made the process of searching for and purchasing a home easy. What started as a second home purchase turned into a primary home, and throughout the entire process Jason was proactive, communicative and demonstrated himself as a valuable resource to help get through the purchase. We can’t recommend Lacy highly enough. We were buying our home from out of state, which meant she had to handle far more on the ground than a typical transaction would require — and she did it without missing a beat. She met with inspectors on our behalf, drove us around to see properties in person when we were in town, and did FaceTime walkthroughs so we could see homes in real time even when we couldn’t be there ourselves.
Beyond the logistics, she was just genuinely a pleasure to work with — patient, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout what can be a stressful process, especially from a distance. She made a stressful, high-stakes process feel manageable from start to finish, and we always felt like we had someone we could trust looking out for our interests.

Kyle and Stephanie Steppe make a great team. Kyle showed us several houses in our price range and Stephanie worked behind the scenes to handle the paperwork and keep us on track. We discussed the pros and cons of the houses we toured and the different options with Kyle to see what would work for our family. Kyle Steppe worked with us on recommending the home inspector who was very thorough and the finance guy Andrew Ortega who handled the financial paperwork. We will be working with Kyle again on selling a small rental house we bought a few years ago.
