Amanda, is a very thorough and dedicated real estate agent who has time to help you through the thick and thin and answer questions even if they seem dumb. Enjoyed working with her on the sale of one house and the purchase of another house. Her enthusiasm keeps the stress level low for me. She's one very dedicated agent and very proud to know her and call her a friend. Paul Harlan / Samantha Aley stanwood wa.

Duane Gish is a fantastic Realtor and an overall fantastic person. He was easy to reach in there with me every step of the way in My Home by purchase when issues came up personally came over and helped even to the point my furnace was giving me problems so he cut firewood in my yard. Very personable and overall very satisfying customer service. If I plan to purchase another home in the area, I know I will contact him again. Stacey Bailey

Amanda Toscano has extensive knowledge of the local area where my properties are located and of government requirements and restrictions that affect them. She did additional research, when land use questions and concerns arose, to make sure the correct information was obtained. She is forthright and honest in all the dealings I have had with her, and tells it like it is when she informs me of her findings. These are just a few of the many reasons for why I appreciate in Amanda and recommend her as an agent. Skagit Property Owner

I and my wife were thinking to buy our second home for over a year. When we approached Nisarg, on a
referral of our friend, Nisarg gave lot of useful information to us before buying our second home. Throughout
all the communications, he was prompt in his responses and he answered all our questions greatly. He was
respectful, professional and friendly every time. During house visits, Nisarg was insightful to look out for the
property. After our offer got accepted, he was also very helpful to provide resources for many services (e.g.
property management, inspection, carpet cleaning, …) which saved tons of my personal time. We are very
satisfied with the entire home buying experience.
We highly recommend Nisarg Desai for his real estate services.

Rocky was very patient and helpful and very knowledgeable about the real estate market. - Prithiva Chanmugam

"I appreciate that Ronnie agreed to take on my case as it was a last minute decision on my part to try to sell my mom's house prior to the foreclosure date on 6/10/22. He told me step by step what I needed to do-he provided lawyer firm names so I could start the probate, he provided info about house cleaners, junk removal people, yard clean-up, etc. He was good natured and informative throughout the difficult process and made things just happen. He never seemed impatient with some of my dumb questions (I've never done this before). He always answered all my questions patiently and kindly. I would recommend Ronnie to anyone trying to sell because he makes things happen. Thank-you thank-you!"

This is the 2nd transaction I've worked with Armie in 2021. She's the first person I go to for my real estate
investments. In fact, I have such a positive experience working with her that I am considering a career in real
estate. - Roy Tibayan
