As a first time home buyer I was clueless as to how much any types of upgrades would cost, or even if there was a possibility I could handle them myself, but he was able to answer any type of question I could throw his way. He was kind and considerate when I talked to him and he was willing to work in an unknown area with a type of home he hadn’t sold before. My house sale went through some rough patches with dishonest buyer’s agents and deals falling through, and Rocky saw me through it all. He even helped me move furniture-in after a sale fell through after I’d moved everything into storage, and out after it sold and needed to get rid of some extra pieces! And all through Covid!! He’s really the best.
