In the real estate world it is unbelievable how many road-blocks the ‘system’ throws in your way. There is always a problem with paperwork, or one more document that needs to be filled out and sent today. Why a business makes it so hard to do business is counterintuitive, but that is the real estate market. Dan cut through the red tape and got past the hurdles for us.
