Kyle and Stephanie were excellent at keeping me on task with what I needed to do and how to best present my house so that it would be appealing to potential buyers!!
They made the entire process so easy for me - especially since I had never been through a sale of a house before! Very patient and willing to answer any and every question that I had without ever making me feel like these were an inconvenience to them! Wonderful experience!!

We met with Dan because he was selling the house next door; had worked with the clients to improve it and we thought he could help us with ours. He and his wife did a WONDERFUL job helping us to sell our house IN FOUR DAYS!!! He was also very helpful in the purchase of our new house, even though it was in a new development and we didn't need a lot of support for that. He took us on a ton of house viewings to help us locate the perfect house- including some out of the way and strange properties - just to make sure we were seeing everything we wanted to. He was very patient and flexible and willing to help. I really appreciated Dan's GREAT service.
We had some very VERY minor communications issues at one point, but once addressed they were never repeated. Dan is an absolute rockstar and provides the best service level we've ever see over a MULTITUDE of realtors we've ever worked with. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and will recommend him to all friends/family in the area who are looking to sell or buy.

Other brokers created problems for me. Dan created solutions. e.g. brokers would identify items in the house that needed to be fixed or changed prior to listing and told me to let them know when it was done. Dan identified the same items but said "I'll arrange to have these completed for you..." Other brokers listed all the items to be fixed while Dan went over which ones NOT to fix because it would not affect the ability to sell in our market nor would it affect the price - and he was right.
Dan was outstanding in every way. I would recommend him to anyone and use him again if the need arises.

Carolyn was a perfect fit to my wife and I. We clicked immediately and Carolyn was a pleasure to drive around town with and look at houses with. There wasn't anything Carolyn wasn't willing to do for us. We looked at 7 or 8 homes in one day when my wife and I came up to Seattle. Carolyn was on top of everything and put me at ease about some stressful situations. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch, professional and personable real estate agent.

Duane is the best agent ever! He always had my best interest and made me feel confident about the decisions we made together. I love this guy and give him the highest praise ever. Duane goes above and beyond his duties to make it happen for you. There's no one better.
Duane's performance was above the call of duty. He was always available and never gave up.
I can't say enough good things about Duane. He is an amazing man and has come to be part of my family. He cares about his client and their needs.
