Daniel Rike

Dan was an absolute delight to work with. I interviewed other agents and Dan fully understood where we were coming from. He understood the struggle and years of pain associated with a rental property- I knew he was the right person to handle the property sale. He was very hands on during the preparation/listing process and had a lot of knowledge about the local market. He advised on staging. The property was under contract in a matter of days- 20k above asking price. Dan kept an eye on things which we greatly appreciated (since we lived an hour away from the property). Kim Newton was all around amazing! Could not have asked for a better agent! Pae Wen Taylor

Pae Wen is extremely detailed orientated, and that it something I really appreciated when buying our house. She always returned phone calls, text messages, emails - even late at night or weekends. She took the time to explain the paperwork (delivered electronically), and took the time to ensure that we had all our questions answered. In the competitive market, she also gave us sound advice on how to submit a offer that will get the sellers' attention. Even after closing, she reached out to us to ensure we were settled in and answered any questions.
