We were originally referred to a different agent in the office, but due to health reasons, were not able to work with that agent. We were then referred to Christina O'Keefe and were happy to proceed with her. Christina was always very responsive and walked us through any confusing or challenging situations. She was always professional and we always felt like she was looking out for our best interest! Christina was dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible for our family. She handled some challenging prospective buyers as well as some of their agents like a pro! She found a professional photographer to make the long trip to our property (in up river Skagit County) and the photos turned out amazing! I believe that absolutely helped with marketing our property. From beginning to end (over a year) Christina was always patient, professional and informative. We were selling a unique property and she understood how to best market it. She handled a variety of challenging personalities with ease!
