We were looking for a local realtor with experience with VA loans, and experience in the multiple counties we were originally looking through. We were also intrigued by not only Traci's real estate market knowledge, but also the details that she knew about the materials of the builds and the pros and cons of those materials. When we purchased our home it was a sellers market. Traci gave us a good idea of what to offer in our initial offer so that we not only had a strong chance of winning against any competing bids, but also that we would not go over the limits of our mortgage, as well as leaving some room to raise our offer, if needed.
