It is always a big risk to have Realtor.com select an agent for a buyer, so I am incredibly lucky to have had Brenton chosen to be my realtor. Brenton listened to me and never made me feel that he was in control over me. My best interests were always at the forefront of his every effort. He made sure he responded quickly and followed through on all my requests. Brenton gave me confidence to believe that he was in Seattle for me (since I was in Portland), and I had no worries, he was acting in my place as if I were there. His advice was she regarding the offer and negotiations and professionally followed-through to reach closing. Most of all, Brenton is a thoughtful, respectful truly kind person, and his efforts reflect the fact that he sincerely wants to do his very best for his clients tot make them happy. Corey was action oriented from the moment we first started talking. He gave us excellent advice on price negotiations and quickly settled on an excellent price with the seller. His knowledge of the market helped drive his effectiveness and we closed on a beautiful lot in less than 3 weeks. He also connected us with a great builder that was able to review the lot within a day as well as advised us on all the contacts for utilities. As an out of town buyer it was so helpful to have such a knowledgeable and proactive agent! We would definitely recommend him and plan to use him as needed in the future!
