I appreciate that Ronnie agreed to take on my case as it was a last minute decision on my part to try to sell my mom's house prior to the foreclosure date on 6/10/22. I was referred to Traci by a close friend. He highly recommended her. Traci was instantly likeable. We communicated first by email, then phone and finally in person when she spent ALL DAY driving us around looking at house we had identified or were her suggestions. Traci was patient, humorous and informative. Traci worked with the sellers agent and negotiated back and forth a number of times. Finally we were able to purchase a home below asking.
