We started looking for my forever home together years ago , she adjusted great with every change I had , due to when we started looking , properties were going for way over their value so I kept getting out BID . I went from wanting a piece of land , then a trailer home , then a freshly remodeled home , and now back to a piece of land with no home on it . We're extremely satisfied with Lian's services. He's very professional, has a positive attitude, not pushy like a salesman which stood out to us. He treats us more like a friend (in a professional manner), than just "another client" to make a sale off of. We can tell he's all about his clients needs more than his own. He's just a genuine person and it shows.
He's sharp when it comes to communication, listening and making the right calls. We were very impressed how quick he acts when things need to be arranged between multiple parties. Overall, we have nothing but positive words to say about Lian. He's been with us from when our home was nothing but a dirt hole 6-7 months prior. Now we have a high-quality, fully functioning home and we're proud to have had Lian with us on this journey. 10/10 stars for this guy!

As with previous experience with Kyle & Stephanie, they plan the work and work the plan! Such a great team that compliments each other so well! They not only planned the work, but helped us every step of the way by stopping by when we were there working on the property and providing us with excellent resources for paint/pressure washing/cleaning/plumber/pumping septic tank, etc. And he got us full asking price! Lian really stuck with us. Ultimately we house hunted with Lian for a whole year, (through no fault of his own). We had personal issues arise that paused our hunting, and with the market changing so much in that year shifted our search guidelines a couple times. No matter what came up Lian remained positive and dedicated to looking for our dream home and he found it! We couldn't be happier with our new home, it checks all our boxes and Lian was beyond helpful the whole way through!
