I first met Sami during the pandemic. She brought me tea and asked if I was interested in selling. At the time I was not, but
She asked if she could stay in touch and she did. Every few months she would give a call or drop by with a gift basket! That won me over! So when we decided to move, I contacted her and Sami made it happen! Sami is a true gem!

As a first-time home buyer, I was definitely a handful with all my questions, concerns and wavering decisions. Jenni was patient, kind, knowledgeable and reassuring from beginning to end and she fought on my behalf on many instances to negotiate a better deal. I will definitely work with her again and will refer her to friends! Thank you so much!

Lian went well over and above based on my experience with past realtors. He identified contractors in the area, held them accountable, and ensured the property was made marketable. His tireless effort relieved me of the burden of having to be in-town to prepare the house for sale. I reside in Portland, OR and the house is in Lynnwood, WA. With all the work done I only visited the property one time prior to sale. Overall the best experience I have had with a realtor from any agency.
Thanks.

Not only did she do a good job with the transaction, she also is an extremely hard worker. It seemed she had every concern handeled before we were aware of the concern.
We were veery happy with her as an agent and a person and would, without hesitation, reccomend her to any prospective client.
Jordan is free to our names and phone numbers if she needs confirmation of her ability to act as an agent or a person.
