Daniel Rike went above and beyond on the sale of my mom's house! He is incredibly professional, thorough and caring. Dan checked on my mom's house, picked up and installed smoke detectors & installed them, set me up with a an electrician, painter, cleaner & contractor. We were moving from across the country and David was recommended to us by some friends. From the very beginning David was awesome, communicated with us every step of the way and made the process not feel so overwhelming. We weren't able to come to WA to see houses in person and David went above and beyond in checking out places for us and making video tours so we could get a good idea of how a place looked. Even after we closed on our house David continued to help us get settled and made sure we had everything we needed. We cannot recommend him enough and would be more than happy to work with him again in the future.

As a second time homeowner, selling has always been intimidating to my husband and I. We are a young couple with three children and two dogs. Our family decided to move to the East Coast to explore that side of the world. We had a very short period of time to get our home ready to sell and Sherry helped us make it work.
When I called Sherry to let her know we we're ready to sell, she showed up the next day to quickly begin the process. Sherry genuinely cared to meet our family's need. She remained confident when we encountered challenges and helped us remain in good spirits. Her efficiency was remarkable with paperworks to coordinating open houses and viewings, leading to a quick sale! Her proactive approach was evident when she organized an open house that attracted an offer and it was a done deal.
