Sherry helped me get through what I'd been dreading (selling our property) by her assurance that she could get our lot sold, all I had to do was trust her.
I've never been so pleased with past real estate transactions with other agents. She is so knowledgeable about the area and already had prospective buyers by the next day.
She could tell I was not optimistic about how this sale was going to go, and now I feel silly for worrying for even one second.
Nobody's perfect, but in my opinion, she had every aspect of the deal arranged so that it took minimal time out of my day. In the past, I felt like I was on the phone with my agents so often that I began to consider myself as an employee, rather than a buyer or seller.
We're so grateful for her. She is 110% herself. No putting on airs, not act to maintain.

We were so happy using Deanna Peters for our home sale process and would absolutely recommend her to anyone for their home buying or selling needs! She goes absolutely above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and knowledgable with every step of the process and has an exceeding level professionalism in tandem. Deanna helped us in both buying our first home and now selling our first home too and she made both daunting processes feel incredibly easy. Nora made this sale seamless. With us selling from out of state, there was definitely a heavier load on her shoulders. Nora was endlessly available and helpful when working with trades for repairs, as well as local neighbors who helped manage to do's for us. Taylor was our condo property manager for several years while we. Had it on the rental market. She consistently provided excellent service and communication - really above and beyond what we had experienced from other property managers at other agencies.
