Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Words are difficult to express how above and beyond her duty Joyce Warren-Machen has put herself out there for me, and through extremely difficult situations, she was there for me, steadily and reassuringly trustworthy, compassionate, understanding, and thoughtful. I can not speak more highly of her. She conducts herself with elegance and grace and deserves the highest rewards for all she has done. Century 21 is very lucky to have her, as is anyone else working with her.

Dan and Jennifer are very knowledgeable and have great expertise when it comes to Hat Island properties.
With the sale of our parcel, they advertised optimally with great photos to help us sell a parcel on the first day it was listed! And throughout the process, they were communicative, helpful, and patient with my family. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy/sell on Hat Island!

Tracy Thomas was extremely helpful as our real estate agent. She provided valuable information and treated us throughout the selling process as you would a family member.
We are grateful and appreciative of all she did to make the process less stressful for us. We highly recommend Tracy Thomas if you're looking to sell your home. She is exceptional.

We had a fantastic experience working with Sherry Ruderman on the purchase of our recreational property at Lake Tyee. Sherry acted as a dual agent in our transaction, and we were consistently impressed with how fairly and professionally she represented both sides. She struck the perfect balance — making sure we felt supported as buyers while also ensuring a smooth and respectful process for the seller.
What really set Sherry apart was her deep knowledge of the Lake Tyee area. It quickly became clear she’s one of the go-to agents for properties in the community, and her insights were spot-on every step of the way. From navigating the unique aspects of the neighborhood to guiding us through the buying process, her expertise gave us confidence and peace of mind.
We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Sherry again and highly recommend her to anyone considering a purchase or sale in Lake Tyee or beyond.

I had used Christine Johnson on a previous sale 4 1/2 years ago. She gave stellar performance throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering either the sale of or the purchase of a property. No one else would work harder or perform the duties of an agent more diligently than Christine. In fact, I have already connected her with one of my cousins to sell her property. I told my cousin that "Christine Johnson is all you need to know about real estate." As long as Christine is working as an agent, I will never look for the services of anyone else.
