The Steppe Team delivered above and beyond what I hope for. Seriously, they worked with my priorities and got me everything I could’ve wished for!
Going through Kyle and Stephanie Steppe has been such a pleasant and worry-free experience! In this current market, it has been very cut throat and we definitely lost some opportunities. But when I was feeling down, they were letting me know that they were confident and knew they would find me what I was looking for. Through searching, going on tours and going through bidding, they found me something I’m truly in love with.
And through this experience with them, not only am I more competent in the field of real estate but they’ve given me the tools to understand how I can make money off my property and rent for passive income.
Seriously, if you’re just starting to look and have priorities you’re hoping to meet with your future home, give the Steppe team a try! Thank you Kyle and Stephanie. Couldn’t be happier!!

Kyle always answered our calls no matter the time of day. We had a lot of properties to preview every day during our search process. He had a lot of patience in looking at properties and assured us we’d find the perfect fit - AND WE DID! He was very professional and gave us a lot of good guidance through the buying process.

As soon as we selected Kyle could be our agent in purchasing a home he got started right away. We received a list of perspective homes in the area from Stephanie based off the requirements we gave Kyle. He showed us multiple houses and then got our offer in quick when we selected a home. He was even able to negotiate a price lower than the asking price for us!
I was preapproved for a loan and when I showed Kyle the terms he got me in touch with another lender and was able to get me an even better rate. That lender was awesome tthrough the process too, a great recommendation by Kyle.
There were challenges along the way with the person selling their house and getting repairs that were required after the inspection done. Kyle nature that everything was done to our satisfaction and really held the other realtor and the previous owner accountable for what they promised in the agreement. He made several trips to the home when it was being repaired to make sure the projects were completed on time and the house was delivered to us in a satisfactory condition.
His knowledge of the area and the whole sales process was outstanding and I can’t recommend him enough if you were looking to purchase or sell a home. Kyle and Stephanie did a great job and I think them for everything they did for us his knowledge of the area and the whole sales process was outstanding and I can’t recommend him enough if you were looking to purchase or sell a home. Kyle and Stephanie did a great job and I thank them for everything they did for us!
