Kyle and Stephanie were so wonderful to work with. We had a very difficult situation and they guided us through it seamlessly. They were always there when we had questions and were very knowledgeable in the pricing and selling of our home. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. They went above and beyond for our family. I can't say enough wonderful things!

Kyle and Stephanie Steppe make a great team. Kyle showed us several houses in our price range and Stephanie worked behind the scenes to handle the paperwork and keep us on track. We discussed the pros and cons of the houses we toured and the different options with Kyle to see what would work for our family. Kyle Steppe worked with us on recommending the home inspector who was very thorough and the finance guy Andrew Ortega who handled the financial paperwork. We will be working with Kyle again on selling a small rental house we bought a few years ago.

Kyle and Sephanie were a dream team. So easy to work with.  Such high integrity and just the right vibe. Kyle so professional and knows his stuff. Stephanie made the whole process seamless. The Staging was top notch. I can't say enough how much we appreciated this team after the agent we had prior, it was a breath of fresh air.
