Brad was great to work with! Advised us on possible future cons of properties we looked at and was always available when needed. We learned a lot with our first home purchase with Brad. Seller turned out to be a dirtbag. Took doors off and light fixtures that were there when we first looked at the property and vegetation around property had overgrown. Brad did his best to help remedy the situation which he didn't have to do but we will definitely be on our toes with our next purchase.

Brad is one of the best in the business! He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, caring, and went above and beyond what is expected of a normal Realtor. Mindy Hill helped us prepare the property prior to listing so we could hit the market with the right property improvements. She took the time to walk us through all the paperwork and legal requirements. Once the property was listed, she was great about communicating how the process was going. Christina was wonderful to work with. She kept checking on how things were going and when no one was giving updates to the progress she helped get me updates. She gave her honest opinions of what I should do as a first-time home buyer which I really appreciated. And she clicked really well with my goofy family.
