Jacob was extremely knowledgeable regarding the highly competitive market, and was able to help us win an amazing home at a great price. He went above and beyond at every step along the way. He responded to our many questions in a very timely manner, provided honest opinions regarding prices on homes we toured, and even crawled around some crawlspaces and attics for us!
Overall we loved working with Jacob. I felt like we were in the hands of a family member and we fully trusted his expertise of the housing market. We are so happy with our new home, and attribute our excellent mortgage payment to the work of Jacob! We are first-time buyers and we’ve been in the market for a long time. But exactly when were disappointed and helpless in a market with a lot of buyers and historic low inventory, we were lucky to know Jacob through one of our friends.
He was confident from the very first moment, and started to give us hope. He is very knowledgeable about the whole process. He knows the neighborhoods and their backgrounds and gives the best advice based on your lifestyle. He cares about his customers, and considers your immediate and long-term needs when he wants to help you in your decision making process. He is very good in estimating the value of properties and knows how to write competitive offers. But he doesn’t stop there, and keeps communicating with the agents after he submit the offer.
He is very friendly and professional at the same time. He is always available for his customers and never says ‘no’ if you ask for a tour. His technical background is also precious. He can tell you if a house is in a good condition or not, or what major issues it might have.

We were fortunate that Jacob was recommended to us for his knowledge of bidding on HUD homes. It is a specialized and complicated process, and he walked us through every step. However, we did not have the winning bid. Had we gone with Jacob's advice, we would have!
We had previously worked with another broker from a poplar "low commission" company. After working with Jacob on the HUD home, we stayed with him. Jacob's depth of knowledge of construction was essential in making wise decisions on the many different styles of homes we toured. When touring homes of different construction and age, he would point out issues which were indications of prior flooding, uneven flooring, and issues with construction of an added deck. His insight was very valuable.
Jacob was patient, and has a calm demeanor which is helpful when you are considering such an important purchase. We would highly recommend Jacob to anyone, including family and friends.
