The Tacoma Branch Leader, Terri Mann brings over 37 years of Real Estate Experience to Century 21 North Homes Realty. She is a Managing Broker in the State of WA and a Principal Broker in OR. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist and holds the CRS Designation, Certified Residential Specialist that only 5% of all Broker's across the Nation qualify for. She was Co-Owner of "Lighthouse Custom Homes" and is the President of "TL Mann Properties,Inc" operating since 1996. During the course of her career she has owned her own Real Estate Company, developed subdivisions, built and sold custom homes, worked with Buyers and Sellers in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. She has experience in training agents currently as well as in the past to manage the subdivisions that she created and those she sold to a volume builder in the Portland Metropolitan area. Being in this industry for a lengthy period of time she knows the business models of the Real Estate Brands across the County and is "Sold" on Century 21. Her energy and enthusiasm are contagious and her Broker's value her commitment, good work ethic, guidance based on experience, principle centered leadership and the great culture she has built within the Firm.
