Job Description: A profitable and rewarding career helping buyers and seller achieve their real estate dreams! No experience needed. If you are not yet licensed, that is OK: We operate a state approved school: Academy of Real Estate has LIVE-STREAM and ONLINE Self-Paced classes flexible around your schedule that can be completed in 2-8 weeks. You will be a licensed real estate broker! THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY POSITION.  Our team friendly environment, coaching staff and hiring managers are ready to guide you through the entire process. We will provide unparalleled resources in technology, lead generation, relocation/referrals, and personal marketing to help our agents reach their personal goals.

Requirements: WA Real Estate License. Prospect for new business daily, embrace technology and personal marketing, attend in office coaching, training and sales meetings, adapt to flexible work hours. REAL ESTATE CAREER ASSESSMENT

At Century 21 North Homes we don't just teach you how to fish, we stock the pond!  We have multiple company generated lead programs that our sales agents can participate in. Using our tools and systems for follow up, these leads should result in a minimum of 5 ADDITIONAL transactions per year = 30k-60k income. Between your fishing and our stocked pond, sky is the limit for income potential! We are also introducing new programs that will increase our leads this year.

We are hiring more agents now because we are generating more leads than we have agents to manage. We will give you FREE Buyer and Seller Leads and all you have to do is spend a few hours per day following up with your leads and then be ready to start showing homes.

In addition to providing the leads, we also provide the websites, CRM systems and digital marketing systems needed to convert these leads into commission checks.
