I have worked selling properties before with Amanda, her marketing and listing skills have been crucial to getting a good price and sale. She can write a listing that gets people to look at what you have for sale and that's half the battle. It was a pleasure working with Amanda, the property sold in a few days. Amanda was such a joy to work with. She is patient and understanding of nerves/concerns. She bent over backwards working with me on the whole selling/moving process. She answered my questions and offered advice when needed. I had a huge problem with a moving company not showing up, and took time out of her busy schedule to make calls, help move my things into storage, and then be there to make sure it was all accomplished. I am so grateful for all that she did for me, and would gladly recommend her to any prospective sellers/buyers. She is a gem to work with, and should get a large bonus for all that she does.
