We would recommend Eva to our family and friends. When working with her you feel like your her only client. Eva listens first and then gives options on what you can do to improve the sale. Eva held our hand through the entire process and without her help we would not have known all the things we needed to do. She went out to our house on her personal time and help prepare the house for the sale. That was amazing. We were lucky to find Eva when we did and would do business with her again.

Eva was recommended by a high school friend that is a Century 21 broker in Edmond, OK - Debbie Delay Gray was helping me find a house in Oklahoma and she did some research on Eva and said she had great reviews. So that is how I made my decision. Eva and I clicked from the very start!!! Eva was patient with my "first time seller" nerves! She led me thru every step of the process. She was fantastic! She was patient with me when I was very nervous. MOST IMPORTANT - she understood my desire to keep my cats in my house until I sold, even during the open house and tours and still keep them safe. I didn't want to board them for the time it took me to sell the house. She would be excellent with any seller!!! With first time sellers, her knowledge and patience would make the experience easier. Eva gave excellent suggestions to help improve the appearance of my home to attract buyers. Any buyer or seller would be lucky to have Eva in their corner!
