Pae Wen is extremely detailed orientated, and that it something I really appreciated when buying our house. She always returned phone calls, text messages, emails - even late at night or weekends. She took the time to explain the paperwork (delivered electronically), and took the time to ensure that we had all our questions answered. In the competitive market, she also gave us sound advice on how to submit a offer that will get the sellers' attention. Even after closing, she reached out to us to ensure we were settled in and answered any questions. The level of communication and timeliness of responses make Pae Wen a great agent that I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends & family.

Pae Wen Taylor was a "breath of fresh air" kind of an agent and a business woman!
