Jim Conlan was referred to us by USSA along with another broker. Friends and family also recommended their brokers but Jim really stood out. My father passed away and I was appointed the executor of his estate. We chose to sell the house but myself and my siblings live in other states now. Jim provided his background, provided suggestions for the sale and most importantly followed through with all of his suggestions. He communicated with me on a nearly daily basis which I so appreciated being out of state. I made the trip to Seattle and met with Jim. Century 21 has a GEM for sure! He "sold" himself to us not with number of sales but by sharing his knowledge of estate sales and by providing us up front with ideas on how to "promote" the house. Very clever! Nothing but the best! Jim helped me buy the house in 2013, then helped me sell it in 2016. He is excellent. Jim sold my house in 5 days for 3k over the asking price, 60k more than I paid for it 2.5 years prior. Jim is the greatest! According to his sales record he usually works with higher priced homes (350k-1mil) however both times I worked with Jim he put a lot of time and effort into helping me even though I am beneath his typical price range. He gave excellent advice and if it weren't for Jim, I couldn't have had such a great outcome. Jim is wonderful! I am really happy with my experience working with him two times. I hope you guys know what a great agent you have working for you! I would recommend Jim to anyone.
