With this being the first home my wife and I purchased and moving to a new area having Amanda as our realtor was a huge benefit. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market in the area we wanted to move to and was very willing to answer the extensive list of questions that we had about our home buying process. She gave us tips on things to look for and helped us figure out exactly what our needs and wants were and helped us find the perfect house for our situation. Amanda was a tremendous help and resource in finding the right property for me. She was very patient in helping me sort out what exactly I actually wanted in a property, and then executed on that with fantastic local expertise. She helped skillfully with everything from offer formulation, contingency work... to price (counter offer) negotiation. I have purchased well over a dozen properties in my lifetime, yet I can honestly say I could not have managed this one without her assistance.

Amanda, was the only realtor who reached out to me and help me when I was buying a low budget house and I was in Colorado at the same time.
She even met with my granddaughter to show her a few houses for me. The addresses were miles apart and I wasn't in Washington yet but that did not detour her at all. She helped me look at the house I bought several times before I made the decision.
