Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
I can't really say enough about Terri Boughton!! She sold not one, but two homes for my family this year. A beach house in Waldport, Oregon and the primary residence is Portland, Oregon. It's not an easy reality market out there...yet Terri had 2 FULL CASH offers in 3 days combined for both properties!! She understands her clients concerns, needs and expectations more than the clients do it seems. Her understanding of the given market, what's moving or not and why, and probably most important... she knows exactly where to price a property to generate immediate maximum interest. Her photography team and everyone she works with just "get it" !! If you want maximum results in a minimum amount of time, call Terri Boughton.

Terri Boughton was a huge plus in selling our mother's house. She is so experienced, and it showed! She was super helpful and she took on so many details I thought I would need to take care of myself. She had great connections with various contractors we needed. She guided us through the negotation process and made all the right calls. I would recommend Terri to anyone wanting to sell their home.

The sale of our beloved family beach house sadly came to a 29 year end due to the major medical issues with my parents. As POA/Executor with very little knowledge of how to proceed, Terri Boughton helped navigate absolutely everything. Everything !! Faced with many family problems regarding health, Terri made the listing, sale and closing go better than I ever thought possible. We got the sale price we were looking to get, and got to close a chapter in life.
In addition, the primary residence in Portland is headed to the real estate market within 90 days. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else. She will make be our only choice !!

My siblings and I are more than happy with how Terri handled the sale of our property in every step of the way, a very knowledgeable, capable realtor. She went above and beyond what I'd expect a realtor to do. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.
