It is always a big risk to have Realtor.com select an agent for a buyer, so I am incredibly lucky to have had Brenton chosen to be my realtor. Brenton listened to me and never made me feel that he was in control over me. My best interests were always at the forefront of his every effort. He made sure he responded quickly and followed through on all my requests. Brenton gave me confidence to believe that he was in Seattle for me (since I was in Portland), and I had no worries, he was acting in my place as if I were there. His advice was she regarding the offer and negotiations and professionally followed-through to reach closing.
