Traci Cypher was a jewel to work with. We just moved back to the area after 20 years of being away. She also found a realtor down in Pierce county to help us sell our house there. It's been many years since we've purchased a home and we were a bit overwhelmed by the whole process. The lack of homes for sale in our price range was a bit daunting, but each time one came on the market Traci was there to show it to us, or ask if we were interested.
Traci was so very patient with us. I had many questions, most of which I thought were probably stupid, but Traci assured me they weren't!
She did not hesitate to find answers to our questions or to drop whatever she was doing to drive over and show us another listing.

My husband bought our first house here in Anacortes with Traci’s help back in 2016. When it was time to find a new home for our growing family, I called Traci right away!
Traci is the ultimate professional. Her expertise in navigating the tricky market earlier this year ensured we were prepared throughout the home selection process. Traci and I looked at over 25 homes together, and wrote 3 offers. Despite an incredibly hot and competitive market, Traci ensured each offer was as strong as we could make it, and was our advocate every step of the way.
Traci was a dream to work with. My husband was deployed overseas through most of the home selection process, and I was pregnant with our first child. Oh, and it was during a global pandemic!
