Many Realtors don't want to work these days. Especially in the PNW where land values are high and sales are fast and furious, many agents have adopted the attitude of making the client do ALL their own research to protect themselves, they say. Everyone knows you can help find answers without assuming liability - and being the "professional" and not being willing to help is just frankly, not helpful. Preet is not like that. She's willing to dig into things to help find answers, make phone calls and send emails to help get bids, surveys, and other professional's opinions. Someone said, "you need an appraisal" and the next thing I knew Preet was ccing me on emails to three different companies to get bids. I found this to be very refreshing. From the time Preet Ubbi first contacted us until we got the keys to our new home Preet was there for us every step of the way with her knowledge, patience, wise advice and encouragement.
