Taylor was our property manager when the house was a rental property. We have had uneven success with other property managers, but Taylor was excellent. So when we decided to sell our house we contracted with her as our selling agent.
It turns out she was just as good as a selling agent. She helped us set an appropriate price, provided guidance about when to put the house on the market, conducted a couple of open houses, and secured an offer in less than 3 weeks. She then helped us through the closing activities, keeping us apprised as milestones were met. The closing happened three weeks later.
I highly recommend Taylor. It is a pleasure to work with her.

Mr. Dowell's presentations of the home were thoughtful and well done.
Pictures were excellent and honest They were respectfully well done for maximum attractiveness. The location presentations were excellent. The contract documents were made easy and simple. The home selling experience was beautiful and very well managed by Mr. Dowell.

Keith worked with us for 5 years helping us find exactly what we wanted and needed. Corey, the only realtor we know who genuinely invests significant time in preparing the listed property for showings, was working for both the seller and buyer. This required him to exercise utmost caution to avoid any potential conflicts. However, we had a clear vision of what we desired, and this house perfectly aligned with what we wanted.
Corey consistently answered his phone when we called or returned our calls promptly. Additionally, he provided us with information about other homes in case this particular property didn’t materialize. Overall, Corey was an excellent and reliable realtor to work with.
